Legal Aid of Cambodia, in close collaboration with FHI 360 / LINKAGES Project, launches a Writing and Speaking Contest among key populations and their network members in Phnom Penh and five provinces, including Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Kompong Cham and Siem Reap. The contest is conducted once a month.
Please send your written texts in Khmer or in English between 300-400 words or 5-minute talk and recorded as voice or video on the topic of “Why do you think that human rights aspect is important for key populations to know?”
The contest is open for KP network members and key populations, who are Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), Entertainment Workers (EW), and Transgender women (TG), and People Who Inject Drugs (PWID).
Prizes
There are three winners will be selected every month, and they will be awarded in the form of everyday use item with its price up to $25. The unsuccessful entrants with highly rated will be highly considered in the following months

Copyright and Publication
By entering the contest, participants shall grant all rights to the organizers to publish all or part of the submitted texts or recorded voice or video and use the participants’ name and photographs, with royalty or other consideration
